CPSC Launches New Product Safety Reporting Database
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission launched a tool/resource for pediatricians, other health care providers and families.
The SaferProducts site allows physicians, parents and others to report incidents involing consumer products that have caused harm or may have caused harm.
Reports will be made available without indentifying information made public.
This site is not for complaints, but for reports of harm.
